PRE-REGISTRATION FEE (per student)								$50
This is a Non-Refundable transaction due at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION /BOOK FEE (per student)								$300
Pay in full ($300.00) by April 18, 2008.

ANNUAL TUITION FEE (per student)								$2,400
We do allow tuition to be paid monthly ($240.00 August - May). This should be received
between the 1st and 10th of each month. Late fees will be assessed starting on the 11th
of the month as follows:
	$15.00 for payments received on the 11^th – 17^th day of the month
	$20.00 for payments received on the 18^th – 24^th day of the month
	$25.00 for payments received on or after the 25^thday of the month

ANNUAL CLASSROOM FEE (per student)								$25
This must be paid with August tuition payment by August 10, 2008!
This covers general supplies (ie. paper products, hand sanitizer, Kleenexes, and some
classroom craft items) which will be removed from the class supply lists.

KINDERGARTEN CHILDCARE PROGRAM								$30
This is a monthly fee to be included with tuition. This fee covers supplies and the childcare
for the extended day.

Tuition Policy

Tuition is charged on an annual basis. However, for the convenience of the parents, tuition may be paid in ten equal installment payments from August through May. Payment is due by the first of each month and past due notices will be sent if payment is not received by the tenth. If the tuition payment is received after the tenth of the month, the account is considered delinquent and a late fee will be applied as follows:

11^th-14^th$15 fee

15^th-21^st $20 fee

22^nd-31^st $25 fee

If a tuition payment is not received within 30 days, the student will be suspended until full payment is made. All tuition accounts must be paid in full before a student can return to school. Days missed will be counted as excused absences and students will be permitted to make up any class work or tests for full credit.

LFCA assumes no responsibility for moneys sent to the school in care of students. Payments should be made in person to the office or mailed to:

All tuition payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Because tuition is divided among the ten months, attendance on any day in a month will be counted as using an entire month and charged accordingly.

Returned Checks

Any check returned to LFCA for any reason will result in a charge of $20 to the student’s account to cover fees and additional bookkeeping. After the second returned check, cash payments must be made for all future installments.

Late Pick-Up Fees Schedule

Arrival after 3:40 PM a $5.00 and

Every five minutes thereafter an additional $1.00

Any student who is not picked up by 3:50 will be taken to after care and will be charged accordingly.

After School Care

An after school care program is offered to students who need supervision at school after school hours. This is not a program included within LFCA, and appropriate payment must be made to the teacher offering supervision. If behavior problems persist, the student will forfeit their place in this program.
