* Students are also expected to complete any unfinished work from class
nightly. Homework that is a day late will be given ½ credit, after that it is
given a zero.
*We are currently working on Studying Hebrews 11:7-10 and Spelling List 3.
**Please be aware that students may have other homework assignments written down in their planners depending upon whether or not they finished all of their work in class. Do not go solely by this website.
PARENTS:
I just wanted to let you know that, after much consideration, I have
decided NOT to do the student-made poetry books, after all. This is
because we just received the book materials this week and would not be able to
begin working on them until next week. This would only give us 3 weeks to work
on our books, since the school deadline would be in January, therefore the books
would have to be finished before Christmas Break. A great deal of work must go
into these books, and I do not feel that 3 weeks would be sufficient time for
you to get a quality product. I also think that, on top of all the other
holiday activities and regular assignments and tests, it would be too much
stress to put on your child and on myself this close to the holiday season.
Only a few parents ordered the books anyways, so I will send home your checks
today attached to this letter. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I think
that this is the best decision to make considering our time limitations. If you
have any questions, please let me know. Thanks!!
