Below you will find PTF membership cards you can print. Also, you will find Room Parent information.

* Please note: Everyone must complete a new background check by the end of August. By having everyone complete their background checks at that same time, it will be easier to keep up with. If you plan on going on field trips (even if you don’t have other students in your vehicle), volunteering in the school or helping with an event, you must have a background check to ensure safety for all of our students. The background checks are free and can be completed on the school website.

As we prepare to start school back in the Fall, we are asking for your help. We are having a PTF membership drive through the summer and first 2 weeks of school. The class with the most PTF memberships sold will get a sundae party.

Many of you have expressed concern that if you become a PTF member, you are obligated to attend the meetings and become involved.  We would love that, but you are under no obligation when you join the PTF. Our membership drive is a way for us to raise money to help the school. The goal of the PTF is to keep the teachers and parents connected and offer help to the school in any way that we can. By being a member you can help make decisions and vote on things at meetings. Your input is appreciated and needed. Memberships are for one person per card. We are asking students and parents to help us sell as many memberships as possible. Most people are willing to donate $5 to help a student help their school.If every student & teacher sold just 5 memberships, we could raise $5000 for our school.  The class with the most memberships sold will receive a pizza and ice cream party.

PTF meetings for 2010 and 2011

To prepare for the Fall Festival on October 22, we’ll have meetings on the following dates:

Thursday, September 9 at 6:30
Thursday, September 30 at 6:30
Thursday, October 7 at 6:30
(this will be the last meeting
before the Fall Festival from this point, it will be up to the sub-committees to get things together)

Rest of the year meetings
Thursday, November 4 at 6:30
Thursday, January 13 at 6:30
Thursday, March 10 at 6:30
Thursday, May 12 at 6:30
